Yesterday we had another company we have been a customer of for 11 years check out an issue with our heat. They said we needed 2 major parts. I wanted a second opinion and set an appointment with Mitchell. It was after hours so I had to chat with the call center. But only a few moments later and actual tech from Mitchell called me. Angelo was his name and he was very friendly. He was right on time today and was very knowledgeable. MOST importantly he was very HONEST. We in fact did NOT need either of the two parts the other company recommended. Mitchell Heating & Cooling has earned our business moving forward!!! Thanks so much!

On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC decided it was done blowing cool air. I called at 1:00 and by 4:30 the same day, a technician was out and was able to fix it with the necessary parts he had stocked in his van. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional The communication was great and the scheduler was friendly when I called. I feel like the price was fair considering the availability of same day (same afternoon!) service during a record-breaking heat wave.
